The Express Service has been set up to handle requests for information
that are needed in a hurry. We'll normally get back to you within 2 or 3 hours. However, if your need is not immediate,
please use one of the methods in the table below and we'll get back to you in a timely manner.

Note: Phone calls will be answered during normal business hours, Monday to Friday,
between 9 and 5 pm, EST.

our site, courses, and lessons. This form is your mechanism for feedback
with us so feel free to use it for anything that concerns you. We will usually
respond within 2 or 3 business days.
