Step #2: Sign-up for our E-course
The Road to Expert Skiing is our free introductory course, which
explains in simple terms what you need to know to take your downhill
skiing to the expert level.
The ski lessons are sent via a series of e-mails
over a seven-day period. To receive the online ski lessons, fill out the form and click Sign Me Up.
After you sign-up for the e-course, go to Step #3.
Step #3: Join the All Terrain Ski Club
After you join our online ski club, you automatically have access to the Members-only area. Here,
you can scan, read, and print the ski lessons from our web-based training course entitled Skills of the Expert Skier.
The private side also includes a Lesson Archive, an E-mail your Instructor page, a Course Feedback form, a Calendar
of Events, Equipment Tips, Cheap Tricks, and In the Forums.

Skills of the Expert Skier
Our approach with the training course, Skills of the
Expert Skier, is to build your skills over time with a series of sixteen
online ski lessons. The ski lessons will show you what you need
to do to take your downhill skiing to the level of an expert skier.
The lessons in the fall are geared to building strength, endurance, and flexibility in the ski-specific muscle groups,
and establishing the right mind set.
The ski lessons in the winter teach you about all-terrain skiing in the moguls, trees, and steeps.
The ski lessons in the spring show you how to ski in varied
snow conditions including powder, crud, and ice.

Instead of joining the ski club, maybe you just need a lesson or module.
If so, go to Step #4.
Step #4: Get a Lesson or Module
There are currently eight, ski lessons and four, ski modules available for purchase and download. A
module is a collection of two or more lessons based on a theme such as Preseason Conditioning.

You will be taken to either the Ski Lessons site or to the Ski Modules site, depending on your choice.
