How does JKS Publishing use information it gathers about
me?
Under no circumstances does JKS Publishing divulge any information about an
individual user to a third party. As stated above, we use information that
users voluntarily provide in order to send out our free e-course lessons and to
enable users to participate in the forums. We also send out e-mail

picked up in the Members-only area. JKS Publishing never shares mailing lists
with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors, or partners.
After signing-up to receive our free e-course
During the sign-up process the user needs to provide his/her first name, last name, and
e-mail address. This information is used internally by the Mailing List
management software, which sends the seven lessons to the user at the specified
e-mail address over a seven-day period. The first name is used to personalize
each e-mail at the top.
After the e-course is complete, the user's first name, last name, and e-mail
address are retained in the prospects file for future use.
After registering to the forums
During the registration process the user needs to provide his/her username,

software to manage the log-in and e-mail functions for those participating in
the forums.
After registering for our web-based training course
During course registration the user enters certain contact information in
the registration form, as mentioned above. The information is retained in the
Membership database. The Username and Password must be entered into the Log-in

web site. The E-mail address is used to send a confirmation thank-you notice
to the user after he/she successfully registers for the course, as well as for
notification when a new lesson has been posted for pick-up in the Members-only
area. The rest of the contact information is held in the Membership database for
future use, if needed.
The information collected by our authorized retailer, 2Checkout.com, Inc. for secure
