Product News: October 26th, 2008

    Annual dues for membership in the All Terrain Ski Club have been held constant for the last three years and will remain so for the fourth, ski season in a row. The cost for the annual plan is $89.50 USD per year. You can join the ski club here. Canadian customers who wish to pay for their club membership in CDN funds can instruct the payment processing facility to convert the above USD figure to CDN funds during the sign-up process.



Product Announcement: October 21st, 2008

    Two new lessons dubbed Tree Skiing 101 and Tree Skiing and the Expert Skier are now being worked on and should be available for purchase and download around mid-December. A new module named Module 5: Tree Skiing will follow shortly thereafter.



Site News: October 16th, 2008

    Our popular e-zine dubbed In the Descent is back for the 2008-2009 ski season. The first issue is due out in mid-November. Ten issues of the newsletter will be published from mid-November 2008 to the end of March 2009. If you haven't already signed up to receive the e-zine, you can do so in the left-hand column of this page.

    After a one-year hiatus, our e-zine dubbed In the Descent is back for the 2007-2008 ski season. The first issue is due out in mid-November. Site News: October 15th, 2007

    A new Downloads script was added to the site last season, and can be accessed from most pages of the site. The script lets you download any of our zipped up ski articles in PDF format for subsequent viewing and printing from Acrobat Reader. As new articles become available throughout the 2007-2008 season, they will be added to the Downloads page in one of three categories, namely, Expert Skiing, Preseason Condtioning, and Ski Equipment. Don't forget to check back in periodically and grab the latest article.





Site News: December 15th, 2004

    A free newsletter entitled In The Descent was officially added to the site today. The first isssue of our text-based, biweekly ezine will appear on January 5th, 2005. Don't forget to sign-up for the newsletter. Each issue will consist of a tip or tactic that you can put to use while in the descent of the mountain. Scroll down and enter your first name and email address in the form on the left side of this page, and then click the Sign Me Up button. That's all there is to it! The ezine will appear in your inbox every other Wednesday from January to May.



Product News: October 25th, 2004

    Three samples were extracted from our web-based training course entitled Skills of the Expert Skier and added to the site today. Now, you can view some of the material from lessons 2, 3, and 6, namely Ski-Specific Stretches, Ski-Specific Exercises, and Skiing Moguls before you decide to register for the course or purchase one of our ski lessons or modules.



Site News: October 14th, 2004

    An index of articles along with six, new ski articles were posted on the site today in both View-Only and Print-Friendly formats. You can view any of the articles on site or print the articles for future reference. In addition, if you need ski-related content for your newsletter or site, instructions are given on how to include an article or two in your newsletter or on your site.

    A new Tell a Friend script was added to the site today. You can now send an e-mail to one or more of your friends to let them know about BecomeAnExpertSkier.com. Our site URL is included in the e-mail for ease of bookmarking by your friend.



Site News: September 28th, 2004

    A new Links Directory was added to the site today. BecomeAnExpertSkier.com is in the process of forging reciprocal links with like-minded ski sites. This new directory script has the capability of allowing another site to automatically initiate a link partnership with BecomeAnExpertSkier.com in exchange for link on their site back to us.



Product News: September 9th, 2004

    Photos were added to Lesson 1: Ski-Specific Stretches and Lesson 2: Ski-Specific Exercises. All ten stretches in Lesson 1 and the twenty-five exercises in Lesson 2 are now illustrated, which makes the instructions easier to follow and retain.

    The preparation is over! We now have a number of training modules for purchase. A module is a group of 2 or 3 lessons based on a particular topic. For example, Module #4 Skiing Moguls, is a package of lessons for those who are interested in receiving only mogul skiing lessons.

Product News: Feb 29th, 2004

    BecomeAnExpertSkier.com recently decided to make all of our ski lessons available on an individual basis. Some skiers may need only a lesson or two to reach their particular goals, and not the full set of lessons that are included in our web-based training course.

    Currently, eight solo lessons are available for purchase and download in PDF format. In the coming months, we'll add nine more for a total of seventeen lessons.
